Diathonite Deumix is a completely natural dehumidifying plaster, as it is cementless, formulated with pure NHL 5 natural hydraulic lime, cork, clay and diatomaceous powders. Diathonite Deumix is used for dehumidification and restoration work on all walls affected by capillary rising damp.
In addition to the high dehumidifying capacity, this product is characterized by the excellent thermal insulation power, which allows to limit the formation of interstitial condensation and therefore the amount of moisture to be disposed.
Appearance : Powder
Components : Monocomponent
Breathability : μ = 4
Water absorption by capillarity : 0.63 kg / m² min. 0.5
Thermal Conductivity : 0.080 W / mK
Thermal resistance : 0.125 m 2 K / W

Applicable on damp walls of all kinds
Applicable both by hand and by machine
Excellent mechanical resistance
In case of capillary humidity or slight rising damp it does not require preliminary treatments
Thanks to its low thermal conductivity it limits the superficial and interstitial condensation phenomena
It contributes to the thermal insulation of the wall, isolating both from the cold and from the heat
Respect the thermo-hygrometric balance of the support
Perfect compatibility with lime and silicate mineral finishes
Made with NHL 5 natural hydraulic lime
Suitable for historical restoration and green building
